How it is used
This information is used to review your request, coordinate an estimate visit, communicate scheduling decisions, and keep the private work calendar current. It is not sold.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, authentication, and email-delivery providers process only the information needed to operate scheduling. Request records are retained only as needed for scheduling, project follow-up, security, and business records.

To ask about, correct, or remove scheduling information, submit a new estimate request and include the existing request in the project-details field. A public privacy contact is available once the business domain is activated.
